EBS-PS: Launch PS Plan Ends in an Error "No Java Virtual Machine Could Be Found From Your PATH Environment Variable" (Doc ID 3050131.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to launch PS Plan after applying the latest patch 36836421, the following error occurs.

Exception caught: Failed to run script on server.
No Java virtual machine could be found from your PATH environment variable. You must install a VM prior to running this program.

Steps:

1. Switch to Production scheduler responsibility.
2. Navigate to production scheduler - launch plan.
3. Select PS plan and submit the plan.
4. Review concurrent request submitted jobs and observe the status ends in an error.
5. Select the request and click on view log.
6. Observe the above error in the log.
