Goal

For a 2-legged transfer, when the second leg is shipped firstly and then the transfer is cancelled and then the first leg is shipped, stock is not reducing at the finisher.

Steps to recreate the issue:

1. Create a warehouse to warehouse with an external finisher in between.
2. Ship the second leg
3. Cancel the transfer
4. Ship the first leg.
5. See that the stock becomes negative at finisher.
