Pipeline Startup Duration has Increased (Doc ID 3050758.1)

Goal

In production environment user observed that pipeline has been taking longer startup times in recent days. As per process log information, it indicates that module ifw.DataPool.CustomerData.Module is taking approximately 1.5 hours to complete. Initially it used to start within 1 hour. Is there any suggestions on how to improve the startup performance?
