Symptoms

IP addresses in a Pending Disconnect status and associated with ASAP.NI_IP_ADDR.CUST_ACCT_ID values are not retrieved in the Number Inventory Search window when searching from within/working the IPASSIGN task. These are sometimes needed to reuse during the IP swap business process.
