EC requiring Page 2 field disabled on subclass

User recently enabled a field on Parts P2 which is only enabled for 1 subclass (0220) and is NOT a SolidWorks subclass.

However, when users attempted to create Items in EC which were NOT 0220 subclass, they were getting a binding error despite the field being disabled.

Error after trying to save: Some required attributes are empty!

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable Parts Page 2 field which is only retained as enabled for 1 subclass (0220) and is NOT a SolidWorks subclass.
2. Create Item in EC which were NOT 0220 subclass
3. Try to save
