Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) 12.0.0.8.11 version, on Cloud Native Active-Active-Active Deployment,

Spending-Status-Notifications-Request (SNR) delivery failed post 12.0.0.8.11 upgrade for the old/new sessions.

diameterGateway.log shows the below NullPointerException during this

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On ECE 12.0.0.8.8 - Initiate Spending-Limit-Request (SLR) in Cluster2 (CL2) - new session S1 is attached via say DGW3
2. Upgrade to ECE Interim Patch 12.0.0.8.11
3. Restart ECS and DGW PODs in CL2 part of upgrade
4. Trigger SNR in CL2 for S1
5. Check if DGW throws NullPointerException during this
