Symptoms

EDQ watchlist management job failed with constraint error

Steps to reproduce: Run the watchlist Management job

Actual Behavior: Job fails with unique constraint error

Expected Behavior: Job should be successful

Error in event logs:
Export 'DQ-Watchlist_Identifier_Extraction' failed: Error writing to export DQ-Watchlist_Identifier_Extraction: Problem writing insert batch to database: ORA-02290: check constraint (<Schema>.ENSURE_LIST_REC_STG) violated ORA-02290: check constraint (<Schema>.ENSURE_LIST_REC_STG) violated (Code: 2,078)
