Transfer Pricing Rule Assumption Browser Missing Hierarchy Showing Only Initializing... Message (Doc ID 3051119.1)

Symptoms

On FTP 8.1.2.2.3, while creating or editing transfer pricing rule in FTP in the Assumption browser, instead of showing hierarchy with list of products, the following error shows:

Initializing...



The same issue happens with all FTP screens (like TP rule, Prepayment) which use the hierarchy assumption browser on both Product and Common dimensions.
