Symptoms

Tried load balance elements in to Pricing Design Center (PDC) after applying the PDC patch CPU July 2024 patch and it failed with
the following error occurs.
 FAILUREFRMWK_DATA_TRANSFORMATION_ERROR<ERROR_DETAILS@::@ID=UnKnown:::ErrorCode=FRMWK_BRM_LOAD_UTILITY_ERROR@::@>
