Goal
Site Information is not shown in the Discrepancy Page
Typically, in the Discrepancies UI, some additional information for each discrepancy is shown, including the Site number, for example:
| Subject: <Subject_Number> | Origin: InForm |
| Site: <Site_Number> | Category: From InForm |
| Visit: Screening | Data Source Type: InForm |
| Listing: <Listing_Name> | Data Source Name:InForm |
| Item: <Item_Name> | Country: <Country_Name> |
| Model: InForm |
However, in some test studies, some discrepancies display above information, and some do not. Additionally, when the Site is not shown, it is not possible to search for such a discrepancy using the Site Filter.
