Goal

Users note that comments added while taking an action are not displayed on the Evidence tab. Users add important comments while taking an action and expect to see a consolidated list of comments in the Comments block of the Evidence tab. Instead, they must search through potentially hundreds of Audit History rows in search of required comments.
