Goal

What is the high level procedure to be followed in case of Zero Downtime Upgrade (from 12.0.0.4.0 to 15.0.1.0.0 ) of Revenue Management Suite running in a cloud native environment enabled for Disaster Recovery (active-active set up)?

Revenue Management Suite includes following products:
Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM)
Oracle Communications Elastic Charging Engine (ECE)
Oracle Communications Pricing Design Center (PDC)
Oracle Communications Offline Mediation Controller (OCOMC)

To be noted there are two physical sites: site1 and site2

For BRM, site1 is Active and site2 is Passive
For ECE, it is active-active set up. Both site1 and site2 are active.
