ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Client Role Screen is very slow to load in the Production environment.
After navigating to the Client Screen, the user is using the Client Role Screen to show other Policies that the Client has a Role on.
However, the Screen is very slow to load data often taking several minutes before displaying the list.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Client Role Screen should display in a couple of seconds based on the Client id.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OIPA.
2. Navigate to a Client that has multiple Policy Roles and select the Client Roles.
