After Processing a Payment File, the File Status Shows as In Staging Instead of Processed

On : 5.0.0.0.0 version, MICC Transfer to TSC
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After processing a payment file, the file status shows as In Staging instead of Processed.
To reproduce the issue do the following:
1. Upload a payment file from Payment Upload and click on Move to Staging.
2. Run PUPL batch.
Result: File Status is remaining as In Staging even though payment is processed and successfully applied.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After payment file is successfully processed, file status to be changed to Processed.
