Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------------------
When attempting to use AutoVue to view and markup a Unifier file, the "Author" that is listed in the AutoVue Markup Tree list is incorrectly displayed as the user that actually uploaded the file, not the user that is performing the markup. For example, "User1" uploads the file to Document Manager or to a Business Process (BP) record. "User2" then attempts to markup the document and after completing the markup, the Unifier comment log correctly displays the author as "User2", the AutoVue listing of Markups correctly displays the Author as "User2", but the Markup Tree, Markup Entity displays the Author as "User1" who is the user that uploaded the file only, not the one that submitted the markup, this is incorrect behavior.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The AutoVue Markup Tree should display the Author as the user that performed the markup, not the user that originally uploaded the file to Unifier.

STEPS
-----------------------
(There are two givens: 1) The AutoVue certificate has just been loaded, 2) Java is loaded/installed at latest version.) The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the Unifier Environment as "User1".
  2. Navigate to the Project/Shell > Upload the document to be marked up either to Document Manager or to a BP record.
  3. "User2" logs into Unifier and navigates to the file to be marked up.
  4. Select the File at its uploaded location >  Note that Unifier displays the Owner of the file as "User1" and "User2" is going to perform the markup. Click on the gear icon (left of file) > Select "Open in AutoVue.
  5. The JNLP file is downloaded > Run the JNLP > Java starts > When receiving the "Do you want to run this application?" prompt for Name: "Oracle AutoVue", click "Run".
  6. The AutoVue window opens correctly.
  7. The File Viewer window opens as expected and displays the File and Markup Comments > Click the Markup button.
  8. The AutoVue window goes into Markup mode and enables the markup buttons > Click on the Markup tab > New > Make a minor change to the document > Save Markup File As "TestMarkup" > Ok.
  9. In the AutoVue window, the "Markup Tree" is displayed at the bottom of the window listing at least one Markup Entity.  The last markup called "TestMarkup" lists an "Author" of "User1", even though "User2" is the one that just made the markup, this is the reported problem.
  10. Click the Markup tab in AutoVue again > Open... > Markup Files > Note that the last markup "TestMarkup" displays the Author correctly as "User1".
  11. Go back to the File Viewer window > Post a Comment, it is correctly attributed to User2.
