ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The audit screen when used in concurrency generates two adjustments for the same item.
When the screen is used in concurrency, the user can generate adjustments for the same item.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Access the menu Processing / QC Outbound audit
2) Insert a container with the status 'D' and click on the search
3) Double click the first item and wait
4) Access another instance of the QC Outbound audit screen
5) Insert the same container as Step 2
6) Choose the same item as step 3 and double click it
7) For both screens adjust the item to zero
8) The outcome is two adjustments for the same item
