Symptoms

DELETE_CUSTOMER fails with the following exception after upgrading to ECE 8.11:

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Send a Spending Limit Request (SLR) for the subscriber.
  2. The site is upgraded, and the sy job completed.
  3. Both old and new entries exist in the cache.
  4. The customer's deletion may or may not fail.
