Goal
On: Delegated Administrator 7.0-12.00 (B2023-08-08)
There is a mismatch between the email and login ID when a new user is created within the Delegated Administrator (DA).
We have observed, while creating a new user through the DA, the email address and login ID are different.
When a new user is created, the email address is picked up from the first and last name and is concatenated by a dot ".", e.g. if the user's First name is "user1" and Last name is "lastname" then the DA will generate an email address of user1.lastname@example.com. However, the login ID generated by the DA is user1_lastname@example.com.
In this case the email would be user1.lastname@example.com and the login ID would be user1_lastname@example.com.
The desire is to keep it one standard that is the same and uses either "." or "_".
Is it possible to change this in some way, within the configuration?
