Unable To Add A Specific Mail Forwarding Address Through The Delegated Administrator (Doc ID 3052736.1)

Symptoms

On: Delegated Administrator 7.0-12.00 (B2023-08-08)
      Oracle Unified Directory 12.2.1.4.230406 - Build 20230406071332Z

Unable to add a specific domain email address, e.g @mail.toshiba, as an email forwarding address through the Delegated Administrator (DA).

An error of "save operation failed" appears, but there are no entries observed for such an error in the DA (da.log.0) or OUD (audit.log) log files.

However, when a generic domain, e.g. .com, .org, .net etc., is added, a "save operation successful" message is displayed and the audit.log is updated within OUD.
