Symptoms
When the Schedule Sheets at both the Program level, and the Project/Shell level, contain a Data Element (DE) using the SYS Project Cost Datasource Data Definition (DD):
Expected Result
The amount(s) at the Project/Shell level should roll up to the Program level.
Actual Result
The amount in the Program Schedule Sheet is always zero, or "0".
