Goal

Using: Convergence 3.0.3.4.0

What is the feasibility of being able to disable the Delete button in the Convergence Mail component, for a particular email ID?

The goal is to prevent one specific user from being able to delete any email. This would include deleting email by clicking on the Delete button in the Convergence Mail page or by pressing the Delete button from system.
Is this possible to do?
