ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When running a billing job in Business Operations Center (BOC) by selecting a billing segment, pin_job_executor runs billing of subordinate accounts without taking into account the chosen segment. Generated commands with the -pay_type 10007, -discount and -sponsorship options lack of the -file PinBillRunControl option.
