Latest Supported Thridparty Software Versions for BRM 15.0.1 (Doc ID 3053761.1)

Goal

According to Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) 15.0.1 Compatibility Matrix, the supported ThirdParty versions are not the latest versions. Java SE supported version is 1.8.0_401 and latest version of Java SE available is 1.8.0_421. 

Could you please check if we can go for higher version of the following software: Java (recommended 1.8.0_401) where as 1.8.0_421 is the latest, Apache Tomcat (recommended 9.0.85) where as latest is 9.0.95, Oracle Weblogic (recommended 12.2.1.4.0)?
