Newly added Actuarial Assumption code is not reflecting in Calculation Preference template UI In IIA 8.1.2.5.0 (Doc ID 3053862.1)

Newly added Actuarial Assumption code is not reflecting in Calculation Preference template UI.

Steps to re-produce:

Load some sample Actuarial assumption to STG_ACTUARIAL_ASSUMPTN_MASTER table
Execute the IIA_LOAD_DIMENSION_DATA batch.
Once the batch success the data got loaded into DIM_ACTUARIAL_ASSUMPTN table.
Newly added Actuarial Assumption code is not populating in Calculation Preference template UI.
Only after re-starting of app and webserver, the newly added assumption is populating in UI.
