Inventory Optimnization (IO) Plan Start Date is Being Updated to a Future Date (Doc ID 3053894.1)

Goal

The IO plan was run on SUN 22-SEP-24, and expectation is for the plan start date to be MON 23-SEP-24.
However, in the plan options, the start date is showing as MON 14-OCT-24.
Please explain why the plan start date is being updated to the future date?
