Goal
Product version: ORMB version 6.1.0.0.0
After the database installation of 6.1, two objects were found in error status. One is a function, and the other is a trigger.
Function FN_NPRFC_DRT_ENT_PAY_REJ_RPT is showing an error status due to type TY_RMB_DRT_ENTRY_PAYMNT_REJ_NT not being declared.
When looking at the types, TY_RMB_DRT_ENTRY_PAYMNT_REJ_NT is not found. It is observed that in FN_NPRFC_DRT_ENT_PAY_REJ_RPT.sql where FN_NPRFC_DRT_ENT_PAY_REJ_RPT is created, nowhere TY_RMB_DRT_ENTRY_PAYMNT_REJ_NT is created.
Trigger CIFKVALID is showing an error status due to the sequence CIFKVALSEQ missing. It is observed that in RMB_Sequence_drop.sql the sequence is dropped, but the trigger is still there.
In <Note: 2378473.1> which refers to an older version of ORMB, it is recommended to drop this trigger as it is not needed. Is that still an approach to follow?
If the trigger can be dropped, what about the above function?
