Goal
Attempt to Accept an R3 E2B Report via [Reports] ICSR Pending.
Get an error while generating the View Difference report:
An unexpected error occurred. Error in creating the Difference report. Please contact the System Administrator.
The [View Difference] Button is greyed out in duplicate case check screens
On checking the SQL*Times logs (Note 1087179.1: Enabling Debug (SQLTIMES) - Oracle Argus Safety)
The below warning is noted in the logs
ORA-01861: literal does not match format string
