Symptoms

When moving projects from one EPS node to a different EPS node the following error occurs:

ERROR

AVAA0-2471-8
Message: Access violation at address 0000000003050CED in
module 'PM.EXE'. Read of address FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log-on to P6 Pro.
  2. Go to Enterprise Projects.
  3. Move a project from one EPS node to a different EPS node using Drag and Drop or Cut and Paste.
  4. Receive error.
