Goal

On : 7.4.1.0.0 version, Extensibility

While trying to unallocate an existing resource and allocate new resource getting below error.

ConfigItem [ ServiceConfigurationItemDAO oid=oracle.communications.platform.entity.impl.ServiceConfigurationItemDAO-<ID> !PTDND!=TTFFF entityVersion=1 action=CHANGE status=null visibilityLevel=null participatingEntityId=null participatingEntityName=null participatingEntitySpecName=null toEntityClass=LogicalDeviceConfigurationReferenceDAO toEntityRef=<ID> createdDate=<DATE> createdUser=<USER> name=Access_Switch_CI value=null configItemId=<ID> label=Access_Switch_CI configType=ITEM configAction=REFERENCE ] is not a Consumer.
