Applies to:

Primavera Unifier - Version 22.12.10.0 to 23.12.7.0 [Release 22.12 to 23.12]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unifier Mobile (Both iOS & Android) - When the user tries to send a record to its previous step and step re-visiting policy is set to "Previous Action Takers Only", all assignees of the previous step are getting listed instead of the previous action taker.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

All the active users and groups mentioned as assignees in previous step should not get listed. Only, action taker in previous step should be listed as the assignee.

Pre-Requisites: Workflow setup has the following options selected:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Unifier as Creator and create a new record of BP by selecting appropriate workflow - "Conditional wf1" and send it to next step - 'Review Level One'. (Assignees pre-assigned as group - "G1")
  2. Log into Unifier as spaceuser (member of Group G1), accept the record in Tasks and send it to next step - 'Review Level Two'. (Assignees pre-assigned as group - "G2").
  3. Log into Unifier as funduser (member of Group G2), accept the record in Tasks and send it to next step - 'Review Level Three'. (Assignees pre-assigned as group - "G3").
  4. Log into Unifier as costuser (member of Group G3), accept the record in Tasks and try to send it to previous step - 'Review Level Two' by selecting to "Send back to Review Level Two" option in the Workflow Actions.
  5. Now, observe that in Android, all the users belonging to Group 'G2' i.e - 'funduser' and 'reportuser' are getting listed as assignees. In iOS, 'funduser' and group 'G2' are getting listed as assignees. Ideally, only 'funduser' should be listed in the 'To' field as assignee as he was the action taker in previous step as observed in Web.
