Goal

In Oracle Communications Offline Mediation Controller (OCOMC),There was a feature where one can segregate the duplicate responses from the total success responses received from Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) . As of today one can just report the total success responses which would include the duplicates from ECE for which there would not be an entry in Rated Events .
 
For easy reconcilation, Would like to get stats printed in ECEDC logs like “Received 100 success responses out of which 5 were duplicate” . This way,could know only 95 entries present in Rated Events.
