ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Following the deployment of Patch 36613916: OIPA 11.3.2 (which is based on Java 17 branch ), the Endorsed folder is no longer supported and the app is not working as expected.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The solution for the Endorsed folder is needed so that the app works as expected.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Deploy Patch 36613916: OIPA 11.3.2.
