Form Level Comment Does Not Appear In Downstream Transformation (Doc ID 3054833.1)

Symptoms

A free text, form-level comment was entered on a form in InForm, and data load was performed. Afterwards, the comment was not showing in the downstream transformation with a union type join (neither in the panel on the right nor in the column at the beginning of the line, where a comment icon should be displayed) upon selecting the entire row. The comment does appear in the source InForm data model.
