Resource Type, Resource Name, Resource Code Are Grayed out but Are Still Editable When Adding Resource on Schedule Manager (Doc ID 3054878.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The grayed out fields, Resource Code, Resource Name, and Resource Type on the resource assignment form can still be edited.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The grayed out fields Resource Code, Resource Name and Resource Type should not be editable.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login Unifier.
2. Open a shell.
3. Navigate to Schedule Manager -> Schedule Sheet.
4. Highlight one row in the sheet and Click Activity Name link.
5. Switch to Resource tab on the popup Activity Properties window.
6. Click Add button.
7. Fill in the required fields on Resource Assignment window. Note: The grayed out field Resource Code, Resource Name and Resource Type are editable.
8. Click OK button to add a resource record.
9. Repeat the same operation to add another one.
