Unable to fetch data generated at 00:00:00 hrs via Oracle Business Intelligence(BIP) reports with timezone GMT or GMT+3

Customer had created an account at 00:00:11 hrs of 12 Sept , on database the created_t of account reflects the same, but when they are trying to run Newlifetime report for date range as - Start Date- 09/12/2024 and End date - 09/13/2024 then the report is not fetching this record .

Customer server is on Greece time zone, which is GMT+3 hrs. Tried to run the NewLifetime report by setting the BIP analytics/xmlpserver timezone as GMT and GMT+3 as well but in both cases this record is not fetched for date range - Start Date- 09/12/2024 and End date - 09/13/2024 (mm/dd/yyyy).

How to resolve this issue?
