Run-in Limit is Required even if the Pricing Group Rule is Excluded from Stop-loss

Goal
On : 5.1.0.0.0 version
Steps to reproduce:
1. Setup the parent level SSL pricing rule with Run-in parameters enabled.
2. Add Bill Group Level Stop-loss pricing rule with the pricing group having more than 1 (at least 2) pricing rules.
3. Provide the pricing details for pricing group rule 1 and input the run-in limit on rule 1.
4. Exclude the Rule 2 from the pricing.
5. Try to save the pricing rule.
System throws the error asking for Run-In limit mandatory on rule 2 even though rule 2 is marked as excluded.
