Event Adjustment for Percentage Based Adjustment % Symbol Is Not Working

Symptoms
Billing Care (BC) users are unable to see the % symbol while performing event adjustment. Additionally, sometimes when select a reason, the dropdown is not populating the items after entering the percentage value. This is not working in BC 15.0.1.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

% symbol should display for event adjustment box
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to BC
2. Search for account and open
3. Select the event and select Event adjustment and check the screen % symbol is missing
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue user will not know what type of event adjustment they are doing , If % symbol appears then they will come to know adjustment is based on %age.
