Symptoms

On fresh installation of Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) 15.0.1.0 on server running Red Hat Entreprise Linux (RHEL) 8.7, when trying to start dm_oracle the following error is logged in dm_oracle.pinlog and process fails to start:
