Symptoms

CS Real time failing with 401 error.

Steps to verify:
1. Access the application.

2. click on the Customer screening

3. click on real time screening.

4. Provide the details 

5. click on send and create case.

Expected result:
The case should be created.

Actual result:

The case is not created and see the 401 error.
