Goal

Audit logging was not performed for the insert/update actions performed from back end on the following tables:
LM_ACTION_CATEGORY
LM_RC_REFERENCE_TYPES
LM_REGULATORY_CONTACT for fields PRINT_EVENT_ASSESS_CIOMS and TRANSMIT_WHO_MPID columns
LM_ACTION_ITEM_TYPE

This is due to the Bug 37080084
