Unable to connect to IPSA from OSM 7.5 CNE

We are facing issue while connecting to IPSA through OSM 7.5 CNE. Getting below error

nested exception is: java.io.EOFException

Messages are getting stuck at OSM Store and Forward configured with IPSA
