Exporting "Activity Codes - Global" Enterprise Data Times Out or Takes a Long Time to Complete (Doc ID 3056083.1)

Symptoms

Exporting "Activity Codes - Global" enterprise data in P6 Web times out or takes a long time to complete.

The issue can be reproduced at will using the following steps:

  1. Login to P6 Web.
  2. Navigate to Administration > Enterprise Data.
  3. Select "Import/Export Enterprise Data".
  4. Select "Export".
  5. Expand Activities.
  6. Check the box next to "Activity Codes - Global" or "Activity Codes - EPS".
  7. Select Export.
  8. Note the performance issue or timeout while exporting the enterprise data results.
