Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Attachments on auto-created line items for Document-type Business Processes (BP) encounter file conversion errors, preventing successful markup.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Markups should be possible on attachments without any errors.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Open the Unifier application.
  2. Navigate to any Business Process and create a new record.
  3. Complete mandatory fields.
  4. Create a line item and add an attachment to the line item.
  5. Open the created record and accept the task.
  6. Attempt to review the attachment, and observe the issue.
