Symptoms

Unable to launch Demantra in MAC

Upgraded the Demantra to version 12.2.8 version

The users with MAC are not able to create the icon on Desktop and thus launch Demantra is not working
Error:The application DematraLocalApp can't be opened

The Java 8 has been installed on the work station.

1. upgraded the Demantra to version 12.2.8
2. Download local application
3. Error Occurs
