ALM 8.1.2+: "Non Performing" Or "Devolvement and Recovery" Behavior Pattern Type Shows "null" For Allocation Input (Doc ID 3056488.1)

Symptoms

In ALM 8.1.2.2 when you define a Behavior Pattern of type "Non Performing" or "Devolvement and Recovery", the ALLOC_INPUT_TYPE column in FSI_BEHAVIOUR_PATTERN_DETAIL table remains set to NULL.

This causes below engine errors:



ERROR

Invalid record:Behaviour Pattern with allocation input type as Amount is not supported by ALM. Select Behaviour Pattern with allocation input type as Percent Leaf member:1.

Steps to Reproduce Problem
-----------------------------
1. Create a Behavior Pattern of type "Non Performing" or "Devolvement and Recovery"
2. While click on SAVE above error is registered in the engine logs/FSI_MESSAGE_LOG
3. Verify the ALLOC_INPUT_TYPE column in FSI_BEHAVIOUR_PATTERN_DETAIL. It remains set to NULL.
