The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload the EDI file which has negative sign
2. Upload the Edi file through batch and notice the errors in im_inject_doc_error tables the Error_context not populated correctly for rule DOCTYPE_COST_INC_TAX_SIGN in
