Algorithms Removed Against Business Object (BO) from 6.1 but Was Existing In 4.0

Goal
After the upgrade to v6.1.0.0.0, there is an issue of no approval transaction is being created on Price Item edit like in v4.0.0.0.0. The issue was caused by the fact that C1-APPTXNBAS algorithm on audit spot of Business Object: C1_PRICEITEM_BO was missing.
On more analysis, it was identified total of 27 combination of BO and ALGO which was missing in v6.1.0.0.0 after upgrade.
Considering an example of the algorithm: C1-APPTXNBAS this is present in other 66 BOs including 47 base BO. It was not understood how this got missed from there.
There is no change for this algorithm in Oracle_Revenue_Management_and_Billing_Banking_User_Guide for v6.1.0.0.0, v4.0.0.0.0 and v2.9.0.0.0.
Overall, the question is why few algorithms were removed from the BO if those were already present in 4.0.0.0.0 and still required to be added.
There is not any modification by product if these were removed or any alternative was introduced.
