On : 7.4.2.0.0 version, Service Configuration
While trying to populate entitylink dropdown char associated to CustomObject Spec through captureInteraction request, getting below error.
ERROR

Error: Characteristic Test 3 is a dropdown list. The value that was selected (null) is not in the dropdown list
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an entitylink dropdown char for service
2. Populate value to the above created char through CaptureInteraction request.
3. Getting error.
