Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

User unable to re-load Bankruptcy Tracking attribute even though Enabled in Setup
Account was migrated and few Bankruptcy Tracking attribute values were provided. Now user want to input other tracking attribute details also however system throws error "Can not load bankruptcy details as record already exist"
Bankruptcy tracking attribute were loaded on account however now addition tracking attribute are configured and user wants to load those too. However system does not let user to re-load Tracking attribute and throws error "Can not load bankruptcy details as record already exist"
System Behavior - System does not allow to re-load bankruptcy tracking attribute and re-load the ones that are not currently loaded.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should allow user to re-load Bankruptcy tracking attribute and should load those which are not loaded. Existing loaded tracking attribute values should remain as it is.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Select/Create an account and Post Bankruptcy condition on the account
2. Verify that under Bankruptcy tab, Tracking details are not available
3. Click on Load Tracking button
4. Verify that all the Enabled Tracking Attributes are loaded in the Bankruptcy tab under Tracking
