states:
Beginning with Jan 2023: To secure Oracle HTTP Sever instances after applying the January 2023 released Bundle Patch, the ciphers will need to be updated in the admin.conf and ssl.conf (and any other Oracle HTTP Server .conf file) with the following recommended cipher suite:
